Our Asia-Pacific office is based in Singapore, a compact island city-state at the heart of Southeast Asia. Nicknamed the Lion City, Singapore is home to around 6.1 million people and has four official languages: English, Malay, Mandarin and Tamil. This cultural diversity is reflected in its neighbourhoods, festivals and food.

Singapore combines modern urban life with an impressive amount of greenery. Its ambition to become a “City in Nature” can be experienced through its parks, gardens and green spaces across the island. A tasty local fact: Singapore’s hawker culture, which brings Chinese, Malay, Indian and other culinary traditions together, is recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Since gaining independence in 1965, Singapore has developed into an important international centre for business, trade, technology and aviation. Its location and strong connections across the region make it an ideal base for supporting customers throughout Asia-Pacific.

Swiss-AS established its Singapore office in 2013 to strengthen its presence in this important aviation market. The team is fully dedicated to AMOS and the Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem and supports customers across the region before, during and after implementation.

Asia-Pacific now represents more than one-third of global passenger traffic and is expected to remain the fastest-growing aviation region over the long term. Our Singapore team plays an important role in bringing Swiss-AS closer to this dynamic customer community.
