Our Product Management team connects aviation expertise, customer needs and software development. It shapes the direction of AMOS and ensures that new and existing capabilities deliver practical value for airlines, MRO providers and CAMO organisations.
Product Owners are responsible for specific functional areas of AMOS, from material planning and inventory optimisation to aircraft and component configuration. They define the product vision and roadmap, manage and prioritise the product backlog, and translate complex operational processes into clear requirements and user stories.
Working within our matrix organisation, Product Owners collaborate closely with software engineers, UX specialists, Business Analysts and aviation experts. They also engage directly with customers to understand their daily challenges, evaluate new ideas and validate that delivered solutions meet operational and regulatory requirements.
The team uses customer feedback, product data and industry developments to guide continuous improvement. This requires a strong understanding of the relevant business domain, clear communication and the ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations and long-term product strategy.
Working in Product Management means taking ownership of an AMOS area and helping shape the next generation of aviation MRO software. It is well suited to people who enjoy bringing different perspectives together and turning complex challenges into effective digital solutions.
