In our Consulting Department, we believe that strong leadership comes before management. Our consultants guide customers through complex transformation projects, build trust and create the conditions for successful AMOS implementations.

We recruit, develop and support experienced business experts with strong knowledge of airline and MRO processes. Working with customers around the world, our consultants combine operational understanding, technical expertise and a structured approach to project delivery.

The department provides consulting services across the full implementation journey. This includes process analysis, solution design, innovation adoption and organisational change management. Our consultants help customers introduce new ways of working, including mobile solutions, paperless processes and leaner operational models.

Data migration and system integration are also central to our work. Using proven methods, modern tools and in-depth AMOS knowledge, the team helps customers transfer, validate and connect business-critical data efficiently and reliably.

Working in Consulting means taking ownership, collaborating across cultures and helping customers achieve lasting value from AMOS.
