Our IT Infrastructure & Services team provides the internal technology, systems and support that enable colleagues across Swiss-AS to work securely and efficiently.
The team manages our IT infrastructure, workplace technology, internal systems and core services. It also supports employees with day-to-day technical questions, resolves incidents and helps ensure that devices, networks and applications remain reliable and available.
Working in IT Infrastructure & Services means combining technical expertise with a strong service mindset. The role requires structured problem-solving, clear communication and the ability to respond to a wide range of technical needs.
By maintaining a stable and effective IT environment, the team provides the foundation for collaboration, productivity and the continued growth of Swiss-AS.
