AMOS Software Trainer

Tasks
Deliver AMOS training courses for internal and external customers in Switzerland and internationally.
Design, develop and maintain training material to meet specific customer requirements and business objectives.
Assess customer training needs and develop customized on-the-job training programs that align with organizational culture and operational requirements.
Collaborate closely with customers to define learning objectives and implement effective training solutions within their business environment.
Coordinate training activities with Business Consultants, team members, and customers to ensure effective delivery.
Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.
Maintain a high level of expertise and up-to-date knowledge of the AMOS application.
Foster close cooperation and alignment with the Swiss AviationSoftware Training Department based in Basel, Switzerland.
Skills
Proven experience in the MRO and aviation industry; AMOS knowledge is required.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong knowledge of effective training methodologies and instructional techniques.
Full professional proficiency in English is required.
Additional language skills, particularly in Arabic, Japanese, and Mandarin, are considered an asset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization and adapt technical information for diverse audiences.
Ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
The ideal candidate will be expected to be a team player, flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure.
Candidates applying for roles in Singapore must possess a valid work permit. For positions in Dubai available work visa is of benefit, if not sponsorship can be requested by the company
