To strengthen our position at the forefront of this global market, we are expanding our team in the Americas.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a high-performance environment. As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales process from first contact to contract signature, and proactively identify additional sales opportunities. You will work closely with and provide strong support to the Sales Manager in developing customer relationships, preparing proposals, and driving strategic sales initiatives.
You will represent a world-class aviation software solution trusted by leading airlines and MROs worldwide. The role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, precision, and accountability, and who seeks to contribute to the continued growth of a globally respected brand.

- Prepare and customize AMOS standard agreements, including coordination of initial commercial negotiations.
- Closely coordinate with the headquarters in Basel to ensure consistent application of sales processes, alignment on pricing practices, and regular exchange on regional market needs.
- Ensure that all lead and opportunity data are accurately maintained in the CRM system.
- Coordinate customer presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
Business Development:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure trust and long-term cooperation.
- Map customer stakeholders and develop tailored communication strategies for each opportunity.
- Actively represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and relevant industry events or exhibitions.
- Provide punctual support to the Marketing team for local events or campaigns when relevant to ongoing leads or business development activities.

- Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle, including tender preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate input across departments and manage complex customer engagements.
- Strong organisational and negotiation abilities, with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality, well-structured content.
